End User License Agreement (EULA) for Athnexa
Effective Date: March 21, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Athnexa (“we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your use of our applications, including Quick Hands Hockey, Quick Flow Soccer, and related services (collectively, the “App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Athnexa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
This license does not grant you ownership of the App or any intellectual property.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
- Circumvent security or access controls
3. Accounts
Certain features require a user account through Unity Authentication (Unity Player Accounts).
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- All activity under your account
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer subscriptions or digital purchases:
- Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can manage subscriptions through your platform account
- Refunds are handled by the platform provider
Athnexa does not store payment details.
5. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Athnexa or its licensors.
6. User Data
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data, including:
- Performance metrics
- Gameplay data
- Device and analytics data
7. No Guarantee of Results
The App is intended for athlete training and development.
Athnexa does not guarantee:
- Performance improvement
- Athletic outcomes
- Specific results
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free
- The App will be uninterrupted
- Results will meet expectations
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Athnexa shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data or performance outcomes
- Injuries related to training activities
10. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
We may terminate or suspend access if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using the App.
11. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services including:
- Unity Authentication
- Unity Analytics
- Apple App Store / Google Play services
These services are governed by their own terms and policies.
12. Platform Terms (Apple Requirement)
If you download the App from Apple:
- This license is between you and Athnexa, not Apple
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
14. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of changes.
