Common Issues

Tracking not working properly

  • Ensure you are in a well-lit environment
  • Make sure the ball or puck is clearly visible in the camera view
  • Position your device facing the training area

Performance or lag issues

  • Close other background apps
  • Use a stable setup and avoid excessive camera movement
  • For best performance, use screen mirroring with a strong connection or an HDMI adapter

No sound

  • Ensure your device is not on silent mode (iOS)
  • Check in-game sound settings

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your device’s app store:

iOS: App Store → Profile → Subscriptions

Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
