Common Issues
Tracking not working properly
- Ensure you are in a well-lit environment
- Make sure the ball or puck is clearly visible in the camera view
- Position your device facing the training area

Performance or lag issues
- Close other background apps
- Use a stable setup and avoid excessive camera movement
- For best performance, use screen mirroring with a strong connection or an HDMI adapter
No sound
- Ensure your device is not on silent mode (iOS)
- Check in-game sound settings
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your device’s app store:
